Sometimes we feel like the only way to achieve our goals is to give our 100% EVERYDAY, and if we don’t, we worry we might come across as being lazy. But the truth is, that’s not humanly possible.

We all have days when we’re unmotivated or not feeling our best, and that’s completely okay. Beating ourselves up for it only makes things harder. I too struggle with this as well. I now have learned to prioritize and take each step at a time. On days when I feel overwhelmed, I allow myself to take a break or treat myself, and I come back the next day stronger and more focused. What I’ve learned is the importance of slowing down and prioritizing. Take things one step at a time.
